Selling OEM Wheels

How do I get a quote for my factory wheels?

Send an email (sales@santaanawheel.com) or text (949-478-2033) a photo of your wheel, along with the following information:

  • Year, make, and model of the vehicle the wheels came from.
  • The condition of the wheels — are they bent, scratched, or no longer in the original finish? (e.g., was the wheel originally silver and painted black?)

We typically respond within 1 hour.

How do I get paid for my wheels?

You will be paid by check the same day you bring in your wheels. We just need to make a copy of your ID.

How much do you pay for used wheels?

We pay a fair market price based on:

  • The market value of the wheel
  • The condition of the wheel (bent, scratched, etc.)
  • Whether we already have that wheel in stock

Buying Wheels

What is an OEM wheel?

An OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) wheel is the factory wheel that was manufactured for that particular car brand. Mercedes wheels are made and tested by Mercedes, Honda wheels are made by Honda, etc.

What is a replica wheel?

A replica wheel is an aftermarket wheel modeled after an original wheel to fit and look exactly like the original, but it was not manufactured by the car maker. For example, a replica BMW wheel will look and fit identically to the original but was not made by BMW.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship every business day via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. With a 97% same-day shipping rate, most orders ship within 1 business day. Check our Shipping Map for estimated delivery times to your area.

Do you offer any warranty on wheels?

There is no warranty on used OEM wheels, but they are guaranteed to be the correct style, condition, and color that you ordered. If you are not satisfied with your wheel for any reason, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days with no damage to the order.

New replica wheels come with a 12-month warranty to maintain the same color and shape under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage from harmful cleaning chemicals, salted roads, non-recommended cleaning materials (steel wool), accidents from incorrect tire mounting, spacers, etc.

What if you don't have my wheel in stock?

We'll be happy to locate a replacement wheel for you using the best resources available, including vendors from across the country. With 47,000+ wheels in inventory, chances are we have what you need.

Do you only sell used wheels?

We carry used OEM wheels and offer new replica options. We will be very clear at the time of your purchase whether the wheel is new or used.

What if I need a center cap with my wheel?

Center caps are always sold separately from wheels (unless priced as a package), but we carry many original and new replica caps so we can quote you on both the wheel and cap — just ask.

How do I find out my wheel size?

Your wheel and tire size will be stamped or molded on the tire sidewall. The number to the right of the R is your wheel size. For example, 205/75/R15 — '15' is the wheel size.

Shipping Policy

We provide shipping to all 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to APOs.

If you need a wheel shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, please contact us. All shipments to these regions are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

If we agree to ship outside these restrictions, the customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, etc.

We welcome local pickup at our Anaheim store (M–F 8 AM–5 PM PST) at 1440 N Burton Pl, Anaheim, CA 92806. Send us a message for more information.

We ship every business day via UPS, FedEx, or USPS (at seller's discretion). Orders ship within 1 business day of purchase.

Please provide a valid contact number for shipping purposes.

We pack your wheel using the best safety standards for travel. If you suspect the carrier is responsible for damage, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Expect 3–7 days for delivery depending on your location; most areas in the US are within 5 days.

Due to high volume, a signature is not required on our shipments. It is very important to ensure you have a responsible party at your residence to receive the package at the expected ETA.

Santa Ana Wheel is not responsible for reimbursing packages that were lost or stolen due to negligence.

We cannot guarantee arrival times but try to be as accurate as possible when providing your tracking number.

Once you complete your purchase, you will receive 2 important emails: 1. When your order has been shipped, 2. When your shipment has arrived.

Expedited shipping is available — the buyer must contact us before purchasing. (Estimated $100 additional.)

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless Santa Ana Wheel is determined to be responsible for sending an incorrect or damaged wheel.

We allow order cancellations, but we must be contacted before the wheel is shipped. Once the wheel is scanned and en route, a return request must be initiated by the buyer.

If you need to return a wheel to us, please package it the same way with the same material it was shipped in to avoid damage.

Returns

Santa Ana Wheel offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, provided the item has not been installed on a vehicle and is in the same condition as when purchased.

If we shipped a wheel that differs from what is listed and pictured, we will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

What is NOT Refundable:

  • Any wheel that has been mounted on a tire and/or vehicle. Please make sure the wheel is the correct one you ordered before installation.
  • Wheels that have been altered from their original state (painted, chromed, etc.).

What's the difference between OEM and aftermarket wheels?

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) wheels are factory-original wheels built and tested to meet the car manufacturer's exact specifications for safety, fit, weight, and performance. Aftermarket wheels are made by third-party companies — they may look similar but can differ in quality, weight, material composition, and precise fitment. OEM wheels are always the safest choice for a direct replacement.

How do I find the right OEM wheel for my car?

Contact us with your vehicle's year, make, and model, and we'll match the exact factory wheel. You can also check the part number stamped or engraved on the back of your current wheel. With 47,000+ wheels in inventory, we stock OEM wheels for virtually every major make and model.

Does Santa Ana Wheel buy used OEM wheels?
