INSTALLATION POLICY

CARE & MAINTENANCE

INSTALLATION
– Before mounting tires to the wheels, be sure to check brakes, hubcaps, fenders, and the suspension.
– Mounted wheels are not eligible for returns
– Mount tires onto wheels only with equipment specifically designed for the job.
– Do not use equipment that will scratch or scrape the wheels.
– Not recommended: wheel spacers. If installed, the purchaser assumes all responsibility and liability.
– Recommended: Use only self-adhesive tape weights when balancing.
– Recommended: The use of clip-on style weights as they can damage the wheel finish.
– Always use the correct type of lug nuts.
– Always use the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended torque specifications when tightening lug nuts.
– Retorque the lug nuts after 75100 miles of driving.

Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensors (TPMS) – If your vehicle is equipped with a TPMS system you must (re)install the sensors into the wheels. Some
TPM sensors require activation after installation. Refer to your owner’s manual for specifics.

MAINTENANCE
– Keep your wheels clean on a weekly basis is the best way to maintain their “like new” finish and luster.
– Never clean your wheels while they are hot.
– Water and a simple cleaning solution for your wheels.
– Applying a coat of nonabrasive
base auto wax after cleaning is all the protection your wheels should need.


SHIPPING POLICY

We provide shipping to the lower 48 Contiguous States, we do not ship to APO’s.
If you need a wheel shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, please contact us. All shipments to these regions are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
If we have agreed to ship outside of these restrictions, the customer is responsible for all taxes, fees, etc.
We welcome local pick up at our Anaheim shop (M-F 8am-5pm PST), please message us for details.
We ship every business day via UPS or Fedex or USPS (At sellers discretion), orders are shipped within 1 business day of purchase.
Please provide a valid contact number for shipping purposes.
We pack your wheel using the best safety standards for travel, if you suspect the shipping carrier is responsible for damages, please contact us ASAP so we may resolve the problem.
Please allow 3-7 days for delivery, depending on your location, most areas in the U.S. are within 5 days.
Due to high volume, a signature is not required on our shipments.
It is very important to make sure you have a responsible party at your residence to receive the package on the expected ETA.
Santa Ana Wheel is not responsible for reimbursing packages that were lost or stolen due to negligence.

We cannot guarantee arrival times, but we try to be as accurate as possible when we provide you with your tracking number.
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive 2 important emails: 1. When your order has shipped out, 2. When your shipment has arrived.
Please pay close attention to arrival times and your provided contact email for any issues or updates.
Expedited shipping is available, the buyer must contact us before the wheel is purchased and shipped. (Estimated $100 more)
Shipping fees are not refundable unless it is determined Santa Ana Wheel is responsible for shipping an incorrect or damaged wheel.
We allow order cancellations, but we must be contacted prior to the wheel being shipped out.
Once the wheel is scanned and en route, a return request must be started on the buyer’s end.
In the event you must return the wheel back to us, please pack it the same way with the same material it was shipped in to prevent damage.


RETURNS

Santa Ana Wheel offers a 30-day money back guarantee, as long as the item has not been installed on a vehicle and is in the same condition when purchased.

If the customer purchased an incorrect size, changed mind, or made a mistake when purchasing item – the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

If we have shipped a wheel that is different than what is stated in the listing and pictures, we will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

What is NOT Refundable:
Any wheels that have been installed on a tire and/or vehicle. So please be sure the wheel is the correct one you ordered before installing.
Wheels that have been altered from the original state when purchased are not returnable. Painted, chromed, etc.
